Ways to become Unconscious

Condition	Effects
Command: Grovel	Can't move or take Actions, Bonus actions, or Reactions, and has Disadvantage on Strength and Dexterity saving throws. Attacks against a grovelling creature have Advantage if they're made within 3 m / 10 ft of the creature. Prone Unconscious
Downed	If you reach 0 hit points, you fall Unconscious and must make Death Saving Throws. On 3 successes, you stop bleeding out and become Stable. On 3 failures, you  die. Any damage you receive while unconscious counts as one failure. If you regain any Hit Points, the condition is removed. If an ally helps you, you regain 1 hit point. Incapacitated Unconscious
Ether-Essence Slumber	A deep, dream-ridden sleep has overcome the creature , induced by judicious ingesting of Ether. The creature cannot move or act. The creature automatically fails Strength and Dexterity Saving throws. Attack rolls against the creature have Advantage Removed by taking damage or being Shoved. Unconscious
Hideous Laughter	Can't move or take Actions, Bonus actions, or Reactions, and has Disadvantage on Strength and Dexterity saving throws. Attacks against a Prone creature have Advantage if they're made within 3 m / 10 ft of the creature. At the end of its turn or when it takes damage, the entity can try to shake off the effect. Prone Unconscious
Impenetrable slumber	This individual is under the influence of copious sleeping draughts. It is impossible to wake them. Unconscious
Knocked Out	Affected entity can't move or take actions, bonus actions or reactions. Will disappear permanently after a Long Rest unless it was Temporarily Hostile. Incapacitated Unconscious
Potion of Angelic Reprieve	Affected entity falls asleep for 2 rounds. When it wakes up, it receives the effects of a Short Rest and all 1st and 2nd level spell slots are restored. If interrupted before the duration expires, the effects will not apply. Unconscious
Potion of Angelic Slumber	Affected entity falls asleep for 2 rounds. When it wakes up, it receives the effects of a Long Rest. If interrupted before the duration expires, the effects do not apply. Unconscious
Prone	Can't move or take Actions, Bonus actions, or Reactions, and has Disadvantage on Strength and Dexterity saving throws. Attacks against a Prone creature have Advantage if they're made within 3 m / 10 ft of the creature. A Prone creature must spend half its Movement Speed to stand up. A character with the Athlete feat spends only 1.5 m / 5 ft of Movement Speed to stand up. Prone Unconscious
Sleeping	A sleeping creature cannot move or act. Moreover, the creature automatically fails Strength and Dexterity saving throws. Attack rolls against it have Advantage, and any attack that hits the creature is a critical hit if the attacker is within 1.5 m / 5 ft of the creature. Removed by taking damage, receiving  Help or being  Shoved. Unconscious
Stricken with Drow Poison	Affected entity is  Poisoned and has fallen  Asleep. Lasts until affected entity has made a successful Constitution saving throw. Poisoned Unconscious
