Sentient Amulet is a very rare Amulet that allows the wearer to cast  Shatter once per Long Rest and  Ki Restoration (Greater) once per Long Rest. It is a possible reward for the quest Help the Cursed Monk.

Sun-graced warmth radiates from both the pendant and its chain. Somehow, even a brief glance of it brings a smile to your face.

Cast as a level 3 spell ( Recharge: Long rest.)

 Ki Restoration ()

Using the spiritual energy in the amulet, you restore a number of Ki Points equal to your martial arts die. ^{[See Notes]} ( Recharge: Long rest.)

• Although the tooltip says the Shatter spell granted by this amulet is level 2, this upgraded version actually deals 4d8Thunder damage, in line with the level 3 version of Shatter.
