Mapped Terror: Darkness is a level 4 illusion spell. This spell frightens a target with the inexorable terror of darkness, inflicting a vicious blinding disease upon them. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.
Description
Exploit the target's mapped fear to it and inflict upon it.

Condition: Stricken With Blinding Sickness
Duration: Until Long rest

Disadvantage on Wisdom Checks and 
Saving throws, and is also Blinded.
Condition: Frightened
Duration: 2 turns
DC 16 Wisdom saving throw
