Flail of Dread Skulls is an (unknown rarity), lightly enchanted (+1) variant of the Flails family of weapons. It is a martial melee weapon wielded in one hand.
Target must succeed a Wisdom Saving Throw. On failure, they are struck by Yeenoghu's curse. Depending on a dice roll, they will receive one of the following: Madness, 2d6 Psychic damage, or become Paralysed.

Weapon actions
If you have proficiency, equip in main hand to gain:
- Concussive Smash ()
Hit an enemy with all your might to deal damage and possibly them.
- Weakening Strike ()
Target an enemy's hands with a non-lethal attack and possibly inflict .
- Tenacity ()
When you miss an attack, deal Bludgeoning damage equal to your Strength modifier anyway (minimum of 1).

Notes
- This weapon looks to be an earlier version of the Shattered Flail
- This weapon also looks to be unfinished.
- The in-game quote is more like a description which is higly unusual.
- The quote says it may deal Psychic damage or Paralyse. This is false it can only apply madness.
- The Psychic damage is also not shown in the tooltip outside of the quote.
- The calculation show for the saving throw shown in the tooltip may be wrong, but will always result in 13.
- It may for example say 8 + 3 + 3 = 13 and state modifiers for other abilities than wisdom.
