The Practice Sword is a common Shortsword. It lacks the weapon actions of other shortswords, but is also the only shortsword that deals Bludgeoning damage.
Though carefully coated in a thick layer of varnish, the edges of the wooden sword are already starting to chip away.

Notes
- As this is the only Finesse weapon that deals Bludgeoning damage, it can prove useful in the early game by allowing you to deal Bludgeoning damage with (since the Sneak Attack dice inherit the damage type of the weapon).
- As of Hotfix #7, the practice sword doesn't have a "faded image", and the tooltip is simply empty where the image normally is. (See Gallery).
