The Whispering Promise is an uncommon Ring that grants a bonus to Attack Rolls and Saving Throws to creatures healed by the wearer.
A soft, soothing voice floats from this ring, reciting a prayer over and over.

Notes
- The ring can only be bought from Grat, if not previously purchased from Volo. This is implied to be the same one, confiscated from Volo when he was captured.
- Applies the same condition as the standard
spell, and therefore cannot stack with it. - The Bless effect will still be applied even if the target being healed is already at full health.
- Multi-target healing abilities such as
will apply the effect to all affected characters, including the caster. - Drinking a
Potion of Healing or taking a Short Rest counts as healing oneself and triggers the effect of this ring as well.
