Helm of Balduran is a legendary Headwear once worn by the fabled founder of Baldur's Gate, Balduran, and grants hit points every turn along with stun and critical hit immunities.
This helm, worn atop the pate of Balduran the Brave, still gleams as if with the untarnished splendour of his legacy. Baldur's Gate itself bears his name, and tales of his exploits have turned the heads and hearts of many.

- The healing effect still triggers even if the wearer has full hit points.
