Kurwin's Cauteriser is an uncommon +1 Scimitar that deals extra Fire damage on hit, and possibly Burns the target as well.
Mortician Kurwin was known to use his trusty Cauteriser on all sorts of interesting subjects. At first there were cadavers, then people who wouldn't be missed, and it was only after he targeted a well-liked tavern owner that he was ratted out to the law.
