Staff of Arcane Blessing is an uncommon Quarterstaff that grants the wielder the ability to cast Bless. In addition, all Bless spells cast by the wielder grant an additional +1d4 to spell attack rolls.
Though dust has settled into every nook and cranny of this staff, it still emanates a soothing aura. Its previous owner cast it aside - forgotten because there was nobody to bless.
