Frost of Dark Winter is a level 4 evocation spell. It is a variant of Kereska's Favour that allows its caster to imbue themselves with the power of ice and unlock resistances and spells associated with it. It is granted by Markoheshkir.
Description
Embrace Kereska's ice to gain resistance to 
Cold damage. Your cold spells deal additional Cold damage equal to your proficiency bonus.
When you deal spell damage, inflict 2 turns[See Notes] of 
upon the target. While attuned to Kereska's ice you can cast

- When it deals spell damage, it inflicts 2 turns of upon the target.
- While attuned to Kereska's ice, it can cast at 5th level and at 4th level once per short rest.
