Ray of Enfeeblement is a level 2 necromancy spell. This spell allows spellcasters to make a ranged spell attack against a creature and sap their Strength. A weakened creature deals half damage with weapon attacks that use Strength.
Description
Weaken a foe: they deal half damage with weapon attacks using Strength.
Deal only half damage with weapon attacks that use Strength. At the end of each turn, the affected creature can make a ConstitutionSaving throw to end this condition.
