Death Domain is one of the subclasses of Cleric. It has potent features which boost necrotic spells and add necrotic damage to weapon attacks. Released as part of Patch 8 in 2025. [url 1]
Player selectable Deities associated with this domain: Kelemvor, Laduguer, and Shar (Shadowheart only).

This subclass obtains all the features from its base class, Cleric, in addition to its unique features outlined below.

- Gain Martial weapons Proficiency
- Your Necromancy cantrips that only target 1 creature can target an additional creature.
- Domain Spells
- You gain additional spells from your domain. They are Always Prepared.
- Bone Chill, Bursting Sinew, or Toll the Dead (your choice)
- False Life
- Ray of Sickness

- When hitting a creature with a melee attack, Channel Divinity Charge can be used to deal extra 5 + 2 × (Cleric level)Necrotic damage.
- Touch of Death ()
- When hitting a creature with a melee attack, Channel Divinity Charges can be used to deal extra Necrotic damage.

- Damage you deal ignores Resistance to Necrotic damage.

- Divine Strike: Necrotic ()
- Once per turn deal 1d8Necrotic in addition to your weapon's damage when you make a melee attack. ( Recharge: Per turn.)
