Create Water is a level 1 transmutation spell. This spell is a variant of Create or Destroy Water Create or Destroy Water that allows spellcasters to conjure an area of water that rain from thin air and forms a water surface. Creatures standing in the area when the spell is cast will become Wet Wet.

Description

Call forth rain. It extinguishes exposed flames and forms a Water Water surface.
