Artificial Leech is an uncommon +1 Dagger that grants non player characters the Bloodletting weapon action.
Though blood and age have rusted the mechanism, a good twist can still make the blades on this bloodletting device spin.
Properties
Weapon actions
If you have proficiency, equip in main hand to gain:
- Piercing Strike ()
Stab an enemy and possibly inflict .
Special weapon actions
This weapon also grants the following:
- Bloodletting ()
Pierce an enemy's flesh and possible make them . Some Undead and Constructs can't suffer Bleeding.

- House of Healing: Dropped by Sister Geanne as part of the Malus Thorm boss fight.
