Cone of Cold is a level 5 evocation spell. This spell allows spellcasters to blast icy air into a region in front of them, creating an ice surface in addition to damaging affected creatures.
Description
Make a flurry of frost, crisp air, and condensed snow crystals erupt from your hands.

Notes
- Circle of the Land Druids who choose the Arctic Land at level 9 learn this spell automatically.
