Rage: Elk Heart is a Wildheart Barbarian Bonus Action. This ability allows them to use their elk-like anger to increase their movement speed.

Description

Go into a Rage that grants you extraordinary swiftness.

You can use Primal Stampede, and your Movement Speed increases by 4.5m / 15ft.

Rage ends early if you haven't attacked a creature or taken damage since your last turn.

Only available in combat.

At Higher Levels

At level 9, the bonus damage to attacks granted by Rage increases to +3. At level 16, it increases to +4.
