- The affected creature cannot move or take Actions, Bonus Actions, or Reactions, and has Disadvantage on Strength and Dexterity Saving Throws.
- Attacks against a Prone creature have Advantage if made within 3 m (10 ft) of the creature.
- A Prone creature must spend half its Movement Speed to stand up.
- A character with the Athlete feat spends only 1.5 m (5 ft) of Movement Speed to stand up.
How to learn
Notes
- Hits all enemies, friendly NPCs, and objects within a 2 m (7 ft) radius along the charge path.
- This action triggers Extra Attack and can be used with Extra Attack.
- Primal Stampede is coded as a melee unarmed attack. The following bonuses do or do not apply to this attack.
- Attack bonuses work whether they are for unarmed, weapon, or non-specified attacks. For example, attack bonuses from Gloves of Crushing, Legacy of the Masters, and Mutilated Carapace work.
- Damage bonuses have the following cases:
- Damage bonuses for weapon attacks do not work. For example, Legacy of the Masters.
- Damage bonuses for unarmed attacks do not work. This includes Tavern Brawler or the damage component of Helldusk Gloves.
- Damage bonuses for both unarmed and weapon attacks work. This includes:
- Horns of the Berserker
- Overloaded With Synaptic Power (from Psionic Overload)
- Shadow-Cloaked Ring
- (and similar Swarmkeeper reactions)
- Other types of bonuses tend to work. This includes but is not necessarily limited to the following:
- Bleeding from Helldusk Gloves
- Grasp Essence from Gloves of Soul Catching.
- Lethal Weapon
- Ring of Mental Inhibition: Mental Fatigue
- The following bonuses do not work with Primal Stampede:
- Rage: Elk Heart: damage bonus for unarmed attacks
- Armour of the Sporekeeper: Necrotic damage bonus (to the Necrotic damage from Horns of the Berserker)
- Bow of the Banshee: damage bonus for Frightened creatures
- Dolor Amarus: damage bonus for critical hits
- Infernal Fury: Fire damage bonus
- Rhapsody: damage bonus
- Vampire Ascendant: Necrotic damage bonus
