Notes

  • Hits all enemies, friendly NPCs, and objects within a 2 m (7 ft) radius along the charge path.
  • This action triggers Extra AttackExtra Attack and can be used with Extra Attack.
  • Primal Stampede is coded as a melee, unarmed attack. However, rather than using the typical UnarmedDamage variable, Primal Stampede does a fixed 1d4 + Strength modifier Bludgeoning damage. Because of this, various other effects may not behave as expected.
    • Items and features that add a bonus to melee unarmed attack rolls apply to Primal Stampede. Examples include the attack roll components of Tavern BrawlerTavern Brawler and the Gloves of Crushing. Items and features that add a bonus to all attack rolls also apply to Primal Stampede. Examples include the attack roll components of Legacy of the Masters and Mutilated Carapace.
    • Items and features that add a bonus to unarmed damage do not apply to Primal Stampede. Examples include, ironically, the Rage: Elk HeartRage: Elk Heart damage bonus as well as the damage components of Tavern Brawler and the Gloves of Crushing. Items and features that add a damage bonus to all (relevant) damage do apply to Primal Stampede. Examples include the Shadow-Cloaked Ring, Overloaded With Synaptic PowerOverloaded With Synaptic Power (from Psionic OverloadPsionic Overload), and the damage component of Mutilated Carapace.
    • Whether other non-attack-roll, non-damage-bonus effects apply to Primal Stampede depends upon how they are coded. To apply to Primal Stampede, the effect either needs to be so general that it would apply to any type of attack or damage, or it needs to apply to melee unarmed attacks without checking for unarmed damage.
