Witch Bolt is a level 1 evocation spell. It allows spellcasters to hit enemies with a blue ray of electrifying energy that deals Lightning damage to them initially and also on subsequent turns.
Description
Link yourself to a target with a bolt of lightning. Deal an additional 1d12Lightning each turn by activating it.

Notes
- As of Patch 6, Witch Bolt cannot be twin cast with
- When twin casting, if one of the targets dies, the spell will end prematurely.

- As of Patch 7, upcast Witch Bolt can no longer be used with .
- The incantation for Witch Bolt is Perurē, the Latin command "burn/scorch!"
