Where to find
- On completion of Rescue the Grand Duke/The Grand Duke, with Wyll as a camp follower or party member,[1] and only if Ulder Ravengard survived the Iron Throne. Other limitations may also exist.[2]
- It can also be given by Cordula Eltan who can be met in the streets of the city. If the player persuades her not to attack the party, she'll give the book to Wyll (presumably if you kill her you can loot it off her corpse). It's currently unclear which conditions must be met for her to spawn and start the Ansur quest this way instead of through Ravengard. Since telling her Ravengard is alive is a persuasion check and not a deception one, the death of Ravengard isn't one of the conditions. [3]
