• Given by  Ulder Ravengard on completion of ⁠Rescue the Grand Duke / ⁠The Grand Duke, with Wyll as a camp follower or party member, but only if the Duke survives the Iron Throne
• Given by or looted from  Cordula Eltan or  Counsellor Florrick, both of whom can be met in the streets of the Baldur's Gate

Baldur's Gate - great Balduran's berth.
O Balduran, founder due veneration,
His guardian dragon Ansur, tremendous in worth.
A saviour below, our eternal elation.
To Wyrmway 'neath prison's deepest level.
To be found by not a soul nor devil.

Notes

• Contains instructions relating to the next steps of ⁠The Blade of Frontiers
• If the party persuade Cordula Eltan or Florrick not to attack, they give the book to Wyll. It is currently unclear which conditions must be met for them to spawn and start the Ansur quest this way instead of through Ravengard. Since telling them Ravengard is alive is a persuasion check and not a deception one, the death of Ravengard seems to be not one of the conditions.
