Throat Punch is a unique weapon action used by Strangler Luke. It allows him to possibly  Daze,  Silence, and knock an enemy  Prone.

Description

Throw a ki-empowered punch to a foe's throat, wounding and possibly  Dazing them, knocking them  Prone, and  Silencing them.

• Removed if an ally Helps this creature.

• The affected creature cannot move or take  Actions,  Bonus Actions, or  Reactions, and has Disadvantage on Strength and Dexterity saving throws.
• Attacks against a Prone creature have Advantage if made within 3 m / 10 ft of the creature.
• A Prone creature must spend half its Movement Speed to stand up.
  • A character with the Athlete feat spends only 1.5 m / 5 ft of Movement Speed to stand up.

• Creature can't speak or cast spells with a verbal component, and is immune to Thunder damage.

Notes

• This attack forces the enemy to make a single Constitution saving throw. Failing it cause all 3 conditions to be applied.

Bugs

• The combat log tooltip for this attack incorrectly states it applies  Disarmed instead of  Silenced.
