Yousen is a vampire spawn enslaved to Cazador, and one of Astarion's siblings. He may appear at camp or Cazador's Dungeon during Act Three.

Involvement

Main article: The Pale Elf

After reaching the Lower City, Yousen, Violet, Aurelia and Leon will visit camp at night and attempt to kidnap Astarion. Failing to defeat them before Astarion reaches 1HP will allow them to take him back to the Szarr Palace.

Yousen and the other spawn will later be encountered in Cazador's Dungeon, trapped by ritual ruins as Cazador prepares for his ascension.

• Despite being a gnome, Yousen has the stats of a vampire spawn, thus having a larger size and weight.
