Aurelia is a vampire spawn enslaved to Cazador, and one of Astarion's siblings. She may appear at camp or Cazador's Dungeon during Act Three.

After reaching the Lower City, Aurelia, Violet, Yousen and Leon will visit camp at night and attempt to kidnap Astarion. Aurelia and the spawn believe that Cazador is going to include them all in the ritual, that he will allow them to "cheat undeath".
If Astarion or the player successfully deceives or persuades the spawn to side with him, Cazador will compel them to fight anyway. Failing to defeat them before Astarion reaches one hit point will allow them to take him back to the Szarr Palace, where he will be found in the kennels with Godey.
Aurelia and the other spawn will later be encountered in Cazador's Dungeon, trapped by ritual ruins as Cazador prepares for his ascension.
