Tyrant's Bindings is a level 6 conjuration spell. This spell allows Gortash to restrict your movement and deal a ton of damage to you and your party. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.

Description

Create heavy magical chains that bind to your targets, halving their Movement speed.

If the chains are still present at the beginning of your next turn, they break, dealing 8d8Damage TypesForce damage to all targets.

  • Affected entity has only half its movement speed. When the chain breaks, it'll take 8d8Damage TypesForce damage.

Used by creatures: Enver Gortash

Notes

  • The damage is dealt at the start of Gortash's next turn. Prematurely breaking the chains by breaking Gortash's concentration will not apply the damage despite the vague wording of Chain of Tyranny Chain of Tyranny.
