Ancient Lair is Location in the Lower City Sewers of Baldur's Gate in Baldur's Gate 3.
There are a lot of chests in this area. If you touch any of them you will get ambushed and have a curse (Spell rot) placed on you.
On the North wall there is a lockpickable wall (DC 20) where you will find an area with Jar of Mystic Carrion's Liver and Jar of Mystic Carrion's Brain. Reading a book on a nearby table you will find out that Mystic Carrion has hidden his heart in a zombie (Thrumbo).
