Dazing Smite is a passive feature that dazzles targets you hit with a Smite.
Description
On a hit infused with one of your Smites, the target must succeed a Constitution Saving Throw or become Dazed.
Condition: Dazed
Dazed
Duration: 2 turns
- Has Disadvantage on Wisdom Saving throws, can't take Reactions, and loses the Dexterity bonus to their Armour Class.
- Removed if an ally Helps this creature.
How to learn
Notes
- Dazing Smite will activate when used with the ranged variants of smites when attacking with a ranged weapon.
- Dazing Smite requires damage to be dealt when attacking with a smite spell, and not simply for a hit to occur.
Bugs
- Dazing Smite will not activate when used with the following smites:
- Banishing Smite (Melee) when cast at level 6
- Blinding Smite when cast at level 4, 5, and 6
- Branding Smite (Ranged) when cast at level 4, 5, and 6
- Divine Smite (reaction) when cast as an interrupt to a non-smite attack (including the smites mentioned in this list)
- Staggering Smite when cast at level 5 and 6
