Devilfoil Mask

A Devilfoil Mask is a common Helmet worn by Merregons that increases the wearer's Strength by 1 and decreases the wearer's Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma by 1 per nearby mask (not including that of the wearer).

Beneath a layer of dust, the mask still gleams. An innocent smile and wide, searching eyes - seeking its own kind.

Notes

• When first picked up, the character who did so will make a DC 10 Arcana check to identify it as a mask for a Merregon.
• The  Infernal Legion condition is only applied if you are within range of another character with the mask. It is also not displayed on the mask tooltip in-game.
• Effect does not stack with Elixir of Hill Giant Strength (the highest Strength bonus takes precedence).
• Devilfoil Mask can be crafted into Orthon Explosive by Dammon located in the Last Light Inn, Shadow-Cursed Lands. This can be done up to four times.
