Devilfoil Mask

A Devilfoil Mask is a common Helmet worn by Merregons that increases the wearer's Strength by 1 and decreases the wearer's Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma by 1 per nearby mask.

Beneath a layer of dust, the mask still gleams. An innocent smile and wide, searching eyes - seeking its own kind.

When within 20m / 67ft of another creature wearing a merregon's mask, Strength increases by 1 and Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma decrease by 1 per nearby mask.

When first picked up, the character who did so will make a DC 10 Arcana check to identify it as a mask for a Merregon.
The Infernal Legion condition is only applied if you are within range of another character with the mask and does not include the one you are wearing for calculation purposes. It is also not displayed on the mask tooltip in-game.
A more accurate description of the mask effect is as follows: While wearing a Devilfoil Mask, for every other mask (not including your own) being worn within 27m/67ft of you, your strength will increase by one while your intelligence, wisdom and charisma will also decrease by one.
Effect does not stack with other strength enhancing sources, such as Elixir of Hill Giant Strength (the highest Strength bonus takes precedence).
Devilfoil Mask can be crafted into Orthon Explosive by Dammon located in the Last Light Inn, Shadow-Cursed Lands. This can be done up to four times.
