The hilt of this slender sword is wrapped with soft, black silk — the dark colour hiding any possible stains.

Lying on a table in Golbraith's Cellar, which can be accessed through a hatch in Golbraith's House, which is right next to a manhole in the Lower City that leads to the Lower City Sewers.
