Flurry of Blows: Stagger is a Way of the Open Hand Monk bonus action that enhances your 
to stagger your target as well, preventing reactions as long as it connects.
Description
Punch twice in quick succession and 
the target, making it unable to take Reactions.

Notes
- Does not trigger Extra Attack.
- Additional sources of Bonus action such as Wholeness of Body or Thief → Fast Hands may be used to execute this multiple times per turn.
- Affected by all bonuses that apply to regular unarmed attacks, such as Manifestation of Body / Soul / Mind from Way of the Open Hand.
