Flurry of Blows is a Monk class action. It allows a monk to make two rapid unarmed strikes at a target. Unlike  Martial Arts: Bonus Unarmed Strike, this attack does not need to follow a normal weapon or unarmed attack.

How to learn

• Class level 1: Monk

Notes

• This attack is equivalent to two  Unarmed Strikes and is affected by everything that applies to normal unarmed attacks such as  Martial Arts: Deft Strikes,  Martial Arts: Dextrous Attacks, and  Manifestation of Body.
• This attack does not trigger  Extra Attack since it does not use an  Action.
• Way of the Open Hand Monks can learn additional variants of Flurry of Blows with extra effects.
• Additional sources of  Bonus Action such as  Wholeness of Body or  Fast Hands may be used to execute this attack multiple times per turn.
