The Bloody Amulet can be obtained from the corpse of Barcus Wroot. Barcus can be found in several different locations:

  • Casting Speak with Dead Speak with Dead on Barcus allows you to learn that he found this amulet bloodied while searching for his friend Wulbren.
  • As of Early Access Patch 9, this item does not appear to have any quest significance.
