A sliver of a hill giant's fingernail is suspended in this potion, and the foul stench renders it unpleasant to swallow.

Hill Giant Finger) and any Sublimate
Notes
- As it is an elixir, its effects do not stack with other elixirs. Consuming another elixir will overwrite this effect.
- Throwing Elixir of Hill Giant Strength with the
Throw action destroys the potion and has no other effect. - The alchemy recipe for this potion can be learned by manually extracting 3 Hill Giant Fingers from your inventory.
