Otiluke's Resilient Sphere is a level 4 evocation spell.
Description
Enclose a target in a sphere of shimmering force, reducing its movement speed by half, and blocking all incoming and spell effects.
The sphere reduces the target's movement speed by half, and also prevents it from casting spells or dealing damage.
The target can't be Huge in size.
