Phantasmal Force

Phantasmal Force is a Level 2 Illusion Spell. This spell allows spellcasters to flood a target creature's mind with an illusion of the last thing that attacked it.

"Flood a creature's mind with an illusion of the last thing that attacked it. Each turn, it takes 1d6 Psychic damage. Each time it takes damage from another source, the damage type of Phantasmal Force changes to that damage type."

• When the target takes damage from another source, Phantasmal Force changes to that damage type.
• At the end of each turn, the target makes an intelligence saving throw. On a success, the condition ends.
