Staff of Arcane Blessing is a uncommon Quarterstaff that grants the wearer the ability to cast Bless. In addition, all Bless spells have +1d4 to Spell Attack Rolls.
Though dust has settled into every nook and cranny of this staff, it still emanates a soothing aura. Its previous owner cast it aside - forgotten because there was nobody to bless.

Notes
- The wording of Mystra's Blessing may be a bit deceptive. Mystra's Blessing does not stack with the original effect, and the final buffs provided are as follows:
- +1d4 to Saving Throws
- +1d4 to Weapon Attack Rolls
- +2d4 to Spell Attack Rolls
- Thus, Mystra's Blessing is effectively equivalent to Bless but with an additional +1d4 to Spell Attack Rolls.
