Arcane Vehemence is a passive feature that restores a spell slot when you land a critical hit.
Description
Once per Short Rest, you regain a Level 1 spell slot when you land a Critical Hit with the Spellthief.

Granted by the weapons:
Notes
- Arcane Vehemence works only during combat. Landing a critical hit outside combat does not restore a spell slot.
- Arcane Vehemence cannot restore Warlock spell slots, even if they are level 1 equivalent slots.
Bugs
- Arcane Vehemence triggers even if the wielder is not missing a Level 1 spell slot (or lacks any Level 1 spell slots to begin with), effectively wasting this passive until the next Short Rest.
