Once per Short Rest, you regain a Level 1 spell slot when you land a Critical Hit with the Spellthief.

How to learn

Granted by the weapons:

• Spellthief

Notes

• Arcane Vehemence cannot restore a  Level 1 Warlock Spell Slot (or higher).
• This passive can restore the  Level 1 Spell Slot created by  Elixir of Arcane Cultivation, even for a Warlock.
• Guaranteed critical hits are the most reliable way to trigger Arcane Vehemence, such as a point-blank shot against enemies that are under  Sleeping,  Hold Person, or  Knocked Out.

Bugs

• Arcane Vehemence triggers even if the wielder is not missing a  Level 1 Spell Slot, or has none to begin with, wasting the passive until the next short rest.
