Special
The holder of this item gains:
- Arcane Vehemence
- Once per Short Rest, you regain a Level 1 spell slot when you land a Critical Hit with the Spellthief.
Weapon actions
If you have proficiency, equip in main hand to gain:
- Hamstring Shot ()
- Shoot an enemy in the thigh and possibly reduce their movement speed by 50%. ( Recharge: Short rest.)
- Brace (Ranged) ()
- Spend 6 m (20 ft) of your movement. For the rest of your turn, roll ranged damage twice and use the highest result. ( Recharge: Short rest.)

Notes
Regarding Arcane Vehemence:
- Arcane Vehemence works only during combat. Landing a critical hit outside combat does not restore a spell slot.
- Arcane Vehemence cannot restore Warlock spell slots, even if they are level 1 equivalent slots.
Bugs
Regarding Arcane Vehemence:
- Arcane Vehemence triggers even if the wielder is not missing a Level 1 spell slot (or lacks any Level 1 spell slots to begin with), effectively wasting this passive until the next Short Rest.
