Notes

• The healing effect activates only while in combat.
• The healing effect still triggers even if the wearer has full hit points.

• Balduran's Vitality pairs well with items and passives that trigger on-heal effects. Particularly:
  •  Blessed Healer for an additional 3⁠⁠Hit Points
  •  Boots of Aid and Comfort for an additional  3 temporary hit points
  •  Broodmother's Revenge for an additional 1d6⁠⁠Poison damage on weapon attacks
  •  Herbalist's Gloves to remove the  Poisoned condition
  •  Slippery Chain Shirt to automatically  Disengage
  •  The Reviving Hands for resistance to ⁠Bludgeoning, ⁠Piercing, and ⁠Slashing damage
  •  The Whispering Promise for  Bless

• The passive effects of the following items are not triggered by Balduran's Vitality:
  •  Cloak of Cunning Brume if the wearer Disengaged as a result of the helm activating  Slippery Chain Shirt
  •  Ring of Salving
