How to learn

Granted by the equipment:

• Callous Glow Ring

Notes

• The effect requires the target to be standing in a light level of  Clear Area.
• Actions and spells that deal multiple instances of damage, like  Flurry of Blows,  Magic Missile, or  Scorching Ray, apply the additional damage to each instance.
• The 2⁠⁠Radiant damage is added to almost all damage sources originating from the wearer.
  • Examples include  Phalar Aluve: Shriek, a  Void Bulb,  Electrified Water, and even self-damage from  Psionic Overload.

Bugs

• The in-game tooltip does not specify the damage type, but it is ⁠Radiant damage.
