Conductive Strikes is a passive feature that adds lightning charges when performing an unarmed attack.

Description

On a hit with an unarmed attack, the wearer gains 2 Lightning ChargesLightning Charges.

  • Lightning courses through you. You have +1 to Attack Rolls and deal an additional 1LightningLightning damage.
  • If you gain 5 charges, they are consumed the next time you deal damage, and you deal an additional 1d8LightningLightningDRS damage.
  • You lose 1 charge per turn.

Notes

  • Conductive Strikes grants Lightning Charges on any unarmed attack, which includes ThrowThrow attacks.
  • Unlike similar passives, Conductive Strikes lacks a OncePerAttack restriction and thus triggers on any source of damage during an attack. For example, a Giant Barbarian:
    • Throwing Lightning Jabber deals damage from the weapon, granting 2 Lightning Charges.
    • Deals lighting damage from Throwing: Lightning DamageThrowing: Lightning Damage, granting an additional 2 Lightning Charges.
    • Deals damage from Elemental CleaverElemental Cleaver, granting an additional 2 Lightning Charges.
      • When combined altogether, a total of 6 Lightning Charges have been granted by a single attack.
