Constrict is a class action exclusive to Shadow-Cursed Vine Blights. It restrains and damages a target as long as the blight maintains concentration. It spreads shadow-cursed vines in an area leading to and around the target. The blight is considered Constricting while concentrating on this ability and cannot move or act.

Notes
- Land's Stride: Advantage gives Advantage on the saving throw of this ability.
- Land's Stride: Plants, Freedom of Movement, and similar features will prevent you from being restrained by this ability, but the initial damage will still be applied on a failed save. If this happens, the blight will continue to behave as if it successfully restrained its target and be stuck in place Constricting nothing for 4 turns.
- The Constricted condition can be removed by Help.
- A blight will prioritize using this ability on a target afflicted by Digestive Juices to set up the Shadow-Cursed Shambling Mound's deadly Devour attack.
