Hexed Weapon

• The warlock bound to this weapon is always Proficient with it.
• The weapon's damage is magical and uses the warlock's Charisma modifier.
• When the warlock attacks with this weapon, there is a chance that  Hexblade's Curse will be applied to the target.

• Cursed by a Hexblade warlock. The warlock who cursed this entity adds their proficiency bonus to damage rolls against them. The number they need to roll a Critical Hit while attacking this entity is also reduced by 1.

Notes

• The roll to apply Hexblade's Curse is a d20 with no modifiers which must roll at least 17. This means it has a fixed 20% chance to apply and is unaffected by anything that adjusts dice rolls such as  Advantage.
• The duration for Hexblade's Curse cannot be refreshed by attacking with a Hexed Weapon. It can only be applied to targets that are not currently cursed.
