Kushigo Counter is a passive feature/reaction that grants the wearer of the 
Armour of Uninhibited Kushigo the ability to make counterattack while patiently defending.
Description
While 
Patient Defence is active: the wearer can use their reaction to make an unarmed strike against any attacker that misses.
