How to learn

Granted by items:

Notes

  • The description "fits through small openings" includes travelling to different regions by going through small openings (pipes, animal burrows, cat holes, etc.), but also includes moving through 'walls' with openings in them like prison bars and gates.
  • As a cloud of mist, the ability to fly is also gained.

Bugs

  • This spell uses Enlarge (Duergar) Enlarge (Duergar) as a parent, and incorrectly inherits the extra description from that spell which states, "You gain Advantage Advantage on Ability Checks and Saving Throws using Strength, and weapon attacks deal an additional 1d4 damage.", though none of this actually applies to Gaseous Form.
