Snowburst is a passive feature that creates ice surfaces wherever the wearer deals cold damage.

Description

When the wearer deals ⁠Cold damage, they also create a 4.5 m (15 ft) circle of  Ice around the target(s).

• A Prone creature must spend half its  Movement Speed to stand up.
• Falling Prone immediately ends Concentration.
• If a creatures falls Prone on its turn, the turn immediately ends.

• Snowburst does not work with some spell effects that deal Cold damage after the initial casting, such as  Hunger of Hadar and the retaliation damage from  Armour of Agathys and  Fire Shield: Chill.
• Snowburst does not work with thrown weapons.
