The Sacred Star is a very rare +2 Morningstar that applies Radiating Orb on hit and possibly turns the target if it is Undead. It also grants the Dawnburst Strike weapon action.
The power of this item lies in belief, though not in any god. This item believes that it's very good at hitting things, so it is. Belief is quite powerful when it comes to violence.

Notes
Regarding Radiant Strike:
- Radiant Strike works only for the weapon with the passive feature
Bugs
Regarding Dawnburst Strike:
- The description in-game notes an incorrect DC 13 Constitution Saving Throw save. It requires a weapon action save with a +2 DC bonus.
- Despite the in-game description stating only enemies in the light must save against becoming blinded, the blindness affects all creatures in the area, even allies.
- Due to a coding error, blindness does not affect the original target of the attack.
