Timmask

Timmask are mushrooms which release spores that cause the Befuddled condition, if a creature gets too close to one.

Involvement

Timmasks are found in various places in the Underdark. Their  spores are also an alchemical ingredient. Three spores can be combined to create  Essence of Timmask Spores, an extract used in crafting the grenade;  Fungal Bamboozler.

Destroying a Timmask specimen along with all other kinds of hazardous mushrooms in the Underdark grants an inspirational event ⁠Mushroom Enthusiast for characters with the  Outlander background.

Chance to  Befuddle creatures.

• Affected entity can't control its actions and wanders around without direction.
