Twist of Fortune is a rare +1 Morningstar with the unique weapon action, Blood Money. When the wielder rolls 2 or less with with this weapon's damage die, they reroll and take the new result.
They say rich folk are never truly happy; especially true when they're targeted with this morningstar.
