Potion of Speed is a common Utility Potion that grants the Hastened condition when consumed.
This solution ripples and splashes of its own accord, almost like it's trying to escape the bottle.

Effect

This potion can alternatively be thrown.

Throw the potion to cause all creatures within a small radius to become Hastened.
